Spring Exhibition 2017

St. Swithun's Church, Retford

The exhibition was held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from Thursday 27th April 2017 to Saturday 13th May 2017 by kind permission of Canon Tony Walker.

Together with work from many members, the exhibition also featured a small retrospective display of work by Harold Rickells, a much loved member of the art Society who died recently. He was the model for a portrait painted by the world renowned David Curtis for our fortieth year celebrations. 

We were also pleased exhibit a very accomplished set of work by Ranby Primary School. The pupils were obviously inspired by their visits to produce such excellent work. Well done to the pupils and the staff.
